Arrival and Check in
To smooth the check in process and comply with Dubai Tourism regulation, all guest must send passport copy 24h prior arrival*. This is a strict requirement of Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Failure to do so, may cause denied access to the property.
*You will receive an email with a link to our guests experience portal to upload the passports.
Guests experience portal
Along with the booking confirmation, you will receive an email to access to PMG Guests Experience portal where you can find all valuable information about the property such as how to access to the property, Wifi information, ammenities access, as well as extra services and activities to make your stay even better.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be automatically authorized on the check in date and returned 7 – 10 days after checkout. Subject to a damage inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The total reservation price will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of arrival.
PMG Support
The PMG team will be supporting you from the day of the reservation until the end of your stay 24/7. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
House rules
Be respectful with the neighbours. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
Please note that access cards or set of keys are unique for each property. A charge of AED 500 from your deposit will be credited if any key or access card is lost.
Travelling with babies
Baby cots/cribs are available under request. Don´t forget to mention you are travelling with a baby in your reservation.
Use of the ammenities
You have full access to all the awesome amenities of your building. You just need to follow the rules. The security team will be always available if you might have any doubts or concerns.

Early check in and late check out
We understand that you may arrive earlier or want to leave later.
Early check in or late check out must be requested 24h in advance. It may have an extra cost and it is subjected to availability.
