1. INTRODUCTION

  • By becoming a «Host» with PMD Holiday Homes L.L.C. and utilizing our services as a registered customer («Client»), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions («Host Terms»). Your registration with PMD Holiday Homes L.L.C. is contingent upon your acceptance of this agreement and compliance with the Host Terms in their entirety.
  • Within the Host Terms, individuals who serve as hosts (granting permission for their property to be occupied by others) will be referred to as «Hosts,» while individuals who stay as guests in such properties will be referred to as «Guests.»
  • Our aim is to assist the Host in preparing the property they offer for occupancy by Guests («Property»), ensuring it is fully prepared for their arrival.
  • At our discretion, we reserve the right to modify these Host Terms by publishing the revised terms on our website, www.propertymateglobal.com («Site»). Any changes made will become effective immediately upon posting. To ensure smooth and uninterrupted access to our services, you acknowledge that you accept the most recent Host Terms in their entirety when you utilize the Site and/or our services.
  • These Host Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are posted on the Site.
 

2. SERVICES TO CLIENTS

  • Upon the receipt and acceptance of a valid Service Request (defined below), we commit to providing services to you, the Client, in a competent and diligent manner, in accordance with these Host Terms.
  • You can make a request for any of the services through our website or by contacting us at +971 50 905 6312 / +971 52 895 5366 /+971 56 922 6459 or by email to mate@propertymateglobal.com («Service Request»).
  • To ensure timely service, a Host must submit a Service Request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. We will make every effort to respond to your Service Request(s) within 24 hours of receiving them.
  • We reserve the right to engage Third-Party Suppliers at our discretion to provide certain services on our behalf. In such cases, the terms and conditions of these third-party services will apply in addition to these Host Terms.
 

3. CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS

  • To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, you agree to:
    • Provide us with comprehensive, accurate, and timely information about the Property, the Guest, and any other relevant details that are necessary for the provision of services. You also agree to deliver (a copy of) the keys to the Property.
    • Collaborate closely with us and promptly respond to any requests initiated by us in relation to the services.
    • Refrain from attempting, at any point during or after accepting these Client Terms, to solicit or entice any employees or contractors of PMD Holiday Homes L.L.C., including our cleaners, away from their employment or contractual engagement with us.
  • Agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or related to any violation of these Host Terms on your part.
 

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

  • For each Service Request, invoices will be generated and provided to you, including charges for services rendered by Third Party Suppliers, if applicable. The invoice amount must be paid immediately upon receipt and, in any case, prior to the scheduled service. Payment should be made to the specified bank details mentioned in the invoice. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the service if payment is not received prior to the commencement of the service.
 

5. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION

  • If your Client account is terminated for any reason in accordance with the Website Terms, the agreement outlined in these Client Terms will be terminated immediately.
  • Upon termination of your client account, our services to you will cease immediately.
  • Any Charges related to services provided prior to the termination date will become due and payable upon receipt of our final invoice.
  • You have the option to submit a Service Request up to 24 hours before the scheduled service («Cancelled Services»). Any Charges already paid for Cancelled Services will be refunded to you. However, no refund of Charges will be issued for Service Requests cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement time.
 

6. LIABILITY

  • You acknowledge that our liability for any losses under these Client Terms will be limited as specified in the terms and conditions outlined here.
  • We will not be held liable or considered in breach of these Client Terms for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations if it is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as shortages, unavailability, overbooking, severe conditions, power or utility interruptions, burglary, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, terrorist acts, war, civil unrest, or similar events.
  • We shall not be held liable for exemplary, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any business, financial, or economic losses, such as reputation loss, loss of a favorable agreement, loss of profits, anticipated savings, or missed opportunities arising from these Host Terms (even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof). This limitation applies regardless of whether such loss is due to negligence, breach of contract, tort, or any other cause, whether by us, our agents, employees, or third parties providing services on our behalf (including Third Party Suppliers), except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and subject to any exceptions stated in applicable law, our liability for all losses, damages, and other financial obligations arising from these Client Terms and the services provided hereunder will be limited to either the cost of obtaining replacement services or the total Charges paid by you for our services within the 12-month period prior to the calculation of the liability, whichever amount is higher.
  • By entrusting the keys of your Property to PMD Holiday Homes L.L.C., you implicitly allow access to our employees, contractors, and agents to your Property.
 

7. OTHER TERMS

  • Each party affirms that it possesses the authority to enter into the agreement as described in these Client Terms and has obtained all necessary approvals to do so.
  • The parties mutually agree that these Host Terms are fair and reasonable. However, if any provision of these Client Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, but could be valid with certain wording omitted, the provision shall be enforced with the necessary omissions to render it valid. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and these Client Terms shall be enforced in a manner that closely aligns with the parties’ original intent.
  • These Client Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You, as well as ourselves, consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in relation to any disputes or legal matters arising from these Host Terms.

Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how do we accumulate and use your information across Property Mate Global Website (PMG) in the address http://propertymateglobal.com.

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

1.1 Owner portal information: When you sign up as an owner, you are sharing your name, email address, contact number and property details. We will only use this information for contact purposes and property management. We will not share this information with any third party.

1.2 Profile information: When you fill in a contact form you are sharing your name, email address and contact number. We will only use this information for contact purposes and property management. We will not share this information with any third party.

1.3 Payment information: your credit card information is only used to process the Payment Service for bookings throught Stripe platform. 

2. INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED:

Navigation information: we collect information about interactions, location page and content views throught the cookies collected by Google Analytics.

3. COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

4. COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select «Remember Me», your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

5. WHAT RIGHT YOU HAVE ON  YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please send an email to mate@propertymateglobal.com to request data deletion.

Refund policy

These terms and conditions outline the Guest Refund Policy and govern the refund policy for guests («Guest Refund Policy»). The rights of the guest under this Guest Refund Policy take precedence over the clients’s cancellation policy.

By utilizing the platform of PMD Holiday Homes LLC as either a host or a guest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Guest Refund Policy.

Travel Circumstance: «Travel Circumstance» refers to any of the following:

  1. Client affiliated with the Residence (i) abruptly cancels a reservation shortly before its scheduled commencement, or (ii) fails to provide the guest with the reasonable ability to access the Residence.
  2.  The description or depiction of the Residence in the listing is significantly inaccurate concerning.
    a. Size of the Residence (e.g., number and size of bedrooms, bathrooms, and/or kitchen or other rooms);
    b. Clarification of whether the reservation pertains to the entire home, individual room, or shared space, and whether another party, including the host, will be present during the stay;
    c. Non-provision or malfunctioning of specified amenities or features such as decks, ponds, hot baths, bathrooms (toilet/shower/tub), kitchen (sink/kitchen range/refrigerator or other major appliances), and functionality of electrical, heating, or air conditioning systems, or;
    d. Inaccuracies in the physical location of the Residence (proximity).
  3. At the start of the guest’s booking, the Residence: (i) is not adequately clean and hygienic, (ii) poses safety or health risks, (iii) lacks clean bedding and bathroom towels for the guest’s use, or (iv) harbors pests or contains pets not disclosed in the Listing.

 

Guest Reimbursement Policy:
If you are a guest and experience a Travel Circumstance, we agree, at our discretion, to either (i) reimburse you up to the amount you paid («Total Fees») depending on the nature of the Travel Circumstance suffered, or (ii) make reasonable efforts to identify and secure an alternative Residence for any unused nights remaining in your reservation, which is reasonably comparable to the Residence described in your initial booking in terms of size, rooms, features, and quality. In the event of cancellation without any Travel Circumstance, a full refund will be granted if the booking is canceled 2 days or more before the commencement date, while no refund will be offered for bookings canceled less than 2 days before the relevant booking’s commencement date.
